Filling the breast milk bag

Open the breast milk bag by tearing o the tamper-evident seal at the

top of the breast milk bag. Keep the torn-o seal away from children and

dispose of it safely.

1 To open the bag, place your thumbs inside the plastic above the zip and

gently pull both sides apart.

2 Pour the expressed milk into the bag. Do not ll the bag beyond the

180ml/6oz level, as breast milk expands when frozen.

3 Carefully remove excess air by attening the part of the bag above

the milk.

4 Seal the bag by closing the zip.
